Since 1976, People Care has been the industry leader of high quality home health aide, personal care and Nursing Services throughout all five (5) boroughs of New York City as well as Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties. People Care of New Jersey provides the same high quality care throughout Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Passaic counties. People Care has built its reputation by providing a superior level of customer service and our responsiveness is unmatched in the industry.

People Care has been providing paraprofessional home health services as its core business since its inception over thirty years ago. It is our belief that one of the most vital members of the health care team is the paraprofessional and our success has been our ability to manage, develop, cultivate and deliver this valuable service to thousands of homes daily. We are contracted Medicaid personal care providers with Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties, as well as with the city of New York. In addition, People Care of New Jersey is a contracted Medicaid personal care provider for the New Jersey Personal Care Program. Furthermore, People Care has large contracts with almost all Certified Home Health Agencies, Long Term Home Health Care Programs and Hospices within the New York City, New Jersey, Long Island and Westchester regions. Eighty-five percent (85%) of our total population consists of senior citizens (60 years and older).

Our Nursing staff has more than 30 years of experience in home health care. As the leading provider of home health aide services in New York and New Jersey, Senior Management and Staffing Coordinators recognize the challenges associated with our unique geography and  transportation systems and are able to implement practical and effective solutions to those challenges. The staffing coordinators have over 30 years experience and have mastered the ability to cluster clients geographically and maximize aide availability so we may service as many patients as possible.
